| Any order can be collected in person by visiting our shop. Here is our contact information. An order can be collected in person, independent of how it was placed or the payment was made. An order will be handed over only after the full payment has been received. The person collecting must be the person who has placed the order or representing the entity. Appropriate identification documents will be needed. | |||||

| We can
accept all products within 10 days of receipt of the item. Defective
items can be exchanged for the same item. The returned merchandise
must include the box the product was in, the cable(s)/any
accessories that arrived with the product and any paper work and manuals sent with the product. Refunds are possible on defective or damaged products. You can return the products by shipping them to us or deliver in person. You will need to cover the cost of shipping. Also, use a reliable source for shipping the products. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will either refund the amount of purchase, if this is applicable, or ship you a replacement of your product. *Return replacements usually take 3-4 weeks processing time. |
