Orders can be emailed anytime to orders@sujotech.com . You will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days of of emailing the order, with instructions for next steps. While emailing, please provide as much information as you can to help us better server your needs. As a example you can check out the order form template

Orders can be faxed 24 hours. Print the order form template to fill the information and fax to the below numbers.

Step 3 - Get your items

If an order has to be shipped, please specify at the time of placing the order. Please be sure to include shipping charges when you make the payment. Order can be shipped with your choice of courier but the shipping charges may vary. Shipping charges using our courier service is listed below. An order can be shipped independent of how it was placed or the payment was made. An order will be shipped only after the full payment has been received.

B> Collect in person			Return to top
Any order can be collected in person by visiting our shop. Here is our contact information. An order can be collected in person, independent of how it was placed or the payment was made. An order will be handed over only after the full payment has been received. The person collecting must be the person who has placed the order or representing the entity. Appropriate identification documents will be needed.

C> Return Policy
We can accept all products within 10 days of receipt of the item. Defective items can be exchanged for the same item. The returned merchandise must include the box the product was in, the cable(s)/any accessories that arrived with the product and any paper work and manuals sent with the product. Refunds are possible on defective or damaged products. You can return the products by shipping them to us or deliver in person. You will need to cover the cost of shipping. Also, use a reliable source for shipping the products. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will either refund the amount of purchase, if this is applicable, or ship you a replacement of your product. *Return replacements usually take 3-4 weeks processing time.
